2018-19 West Fork registration information available online

The West Fork School registration information is now available on the school website: www.westforkschool.org.

Walk-in Registration will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 7 in the Rockwell Middle School office and the Sheffield High School office from 12-6 p.m. Fees for the 2018-19 school year will be $1.60 for breakfast and $2.50 for lunch. There will be a $55 book fee for PreK-6 grade and $85 for 7-12 grades.

Student will be considered registered for school when forms and fees have been received.

Payment can also be made through Payschools.

Back-to-school conferences for all PreK (five-year-olds) through 8th grade students will be held Thursday, Aug. 23 from 12-8 p.m. Contact Heidi Stufflebeam at 641-822-3234, ext. 1200 or Shelley Sheppard at 641-892-4159, ext. 1100 after Aug. 7 to schedule conferences. Teachers in grades 6-8 will be available during conference time to meet with parents.

Dates to Remember:

Aug. 22: freshman orientation, 6-8 p.m. at the high school.

Aug. 23: Back-to-school conferences for all PreK-8 grade students, 12-8 p.m.

Aug. 23: First day of school for 9-12 grades.

Aug. 24: First day of school for PreK (f ive-year-olds) through 8 grade.

Aug. 27: First day of school for PreK (four-year-olds)

Aug. 28: First day of school for PreK (three-year-olds)

The late start Wednesdays

will begin Sept. 5, with a start time of 9:15 a.m.
