Board of Ed approves senior class trip

The West Fork Board of Education approved the senior class trip and a number of staff changes at their regular meeting on Monday, April 17.

Two seniors were present at the meeting to present their ideas for the senior class trip.

The plan is to go to Chicago for two nights, as a 16 hour round trip does not give them a lot of time to experience the city.

They plan to go on a boat tour of the city, go to the Six Flags amusement park, tour the science center and go to some of the many museums Chicago has to offer.

The senior class is very involved in extra curricular activities, so the students asked the Board if they could go on the trip after graduation, as there would be no major conflicts. There should be about 30 out of 49 seniors going on the trip.
