Douglas Ross Welsher, 70, of Hampton, died Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2018, at Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa in Mason City. Memorial services were held at 1 p.m., on Saturday, Feb. 24 at the Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton. The family greeted friends following the service until 4 p.m., also at the Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton.
