Frances Riles, 69, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at the Rehabilitation Center of Hampton. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, at Zion St. John Lutheran Church with Rev. G Kim Wills presiding. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery, Sheffield. Visitation will be 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., Sunday, at Retz Funeral Home, 203 Maple Street, Sheffield.
