Lexi Jones signs to play basketball at NIACC

SHEFFIELD -- Family, current coaches and her future coach surrounded West Fork's Lexi Jones as she signed a letter of intent to play basketball at NIACC on Monday, May 7.

Jones played on last year's Top of Iowa East Conference co-championship team and this year's TIC runner-up squad, averaging 10.4 points, three assists, three rebounds and two assists per game.

Todd Ciochetto runs the NIACC team that has been particularly successful recently while using a good number of North Iowa players, with Jones being the latest to sign.
