Mary Schmidt 86, known by many as Mary Lou, of Kimberling City, Missouri, and having spent many winters in Apache Junction, Arizona, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at Mountain Vista Medical Center, Mesa, Arizona.  Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Retz Funeral Home, Sheffield.  Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 1, at Zion Reformed Church, rural Sheffield, with Rev. Art Zewert presiding. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
