Rockwell council talks about street projects

The Rockwell City Council talked about working with residents on various road projects during the regular meeting on Wednesday, September 6, at city hall.

At the meeting, the council discussed bills sent to the city from Ries Excavating and Mort’s Water Company for work done on East Main Street at the behest of Larry Nuehring.

Believing that a tile had been damaged during city street renovations, Nuehring ordered a tile replacement and forwarded the bills for the work done on to the city.

“I don’t think it’s our bill,” said council member Tim Brown.
