Rockwell Seniors Stay Social

The Rockwell Senior Citizens organization enjoyed the warm weather with an ice cream social on Monday at the Rockwell Community Center.

     Meeting on the first and third Monday of the month, senior citizens from Rockwell, Swaledale, and Sheffield come together to socialize, sometimes enjoying ice cream or a pot-luck dinner along the way.

     "It's something for us to get together and visit," said Clarence Kirchhoff.

     There are currently 28 members of the group and anybody interested is welcome to join.
