Sheffield City Council Meets

The Sheffield City Council met in regular session at Sheffield City Hall at 7:00 PM on Monday, March 11th, 2019.

Council Members in attendance were Jill Peterson, Nick Wilson, Dave Smit. James Robbins joined the meeting at 7:07 PM. Brad Mulford was absent. Also, in attendance was Pat Nuehring, Public Works Director; Brad Gardner, Police Chief; and Cody Brunstein, Police Officer.

Police Chief Gardner gave an update to the council, and department hours and pay structure were discussed. The council directed the clerk to bring proposed amendments to the employee handbook to the May meeting.

Public Works Director Nuehring gave an updated the council on road work, shed construction at the lagoon, painting projects, and certification training.
