Sheffield pool plans many August activities

     SHEFFIELD — It promises to be a busy month of activities at the Sheffield Swimming Pool.

     The schedule gets underway on Saturday, Aug. 3 throughout the day with a West Fork School Supply Drive.

     “We are encouraging people to donate items which can be used in the West Fork schools during the upcoming academic year. Those that do will receive a free bag of popcorn,” said Sheffield City Clerk Katy Flint.

     On Friday, Aug. 16 from 9-11 p.m., B & L Repair will sponsor a Teen Glow Pool Party.
