West Fork’s new weight room nears completion

     The West Fork Community School Board toured the new athletic building during their regular meeting on Monday, May 16.

     While the rest of the building still has a way to go, the weight room area is nearing completion and plans are underway to move equipment over so the old weight room building can be taken down.

     “We’re planning on getting in there by the end of the week,” said Strike.

     The old weight room is tentatively scheduled to be taken down in early June to make room for additional parking.

     Continuing their discussion over leasing part of the building out to a private business, Strike reported that he has been approached by multiple physical therapists interested in setting up at the athletic center.
