West Fork gets first victory in weather-shortened contest

SHEFFIELD – West Fork’s Lukas Wogen struck out 10 in five innings of a game that was called final at 6-0 due to lightning on Friday, May 25.

The junior for the Warhawks allowed just one hit and one walk as they improved to 1-2 on the season.

“He did a great job tonight,” West Fork coach Lance Thompson said. “Had command of the strike zone from the very beginning; only seven pitches that first inning, so that was huge..."
