SHEFFIELD – Synergy Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is excited to announce the Monday, Dec. 5 opening of its new clinic in the West Fork Wellness Center.

Owner, Kurt Walderbach (PT, MBA, SCS, ATC) brings with him 30 years experience with children to pro athletes to elders and is eager to provide excellent, individualized care.
