Sheffield City Council approves hiring committees
SHEFFIELD — The Sheffield City Council at its regular meeting Monday night approved the formation of hiring committees to conduct the interview process for the vacant positions in the Public Works and the Law Enforcement departments.
Interviews for both vacancies will take place Saturday, Nov. 13.
The Public Works Assistant position interviews will commence at 10 a.m. Taking part on that committee will be Mayor Scott Sanders, Councilman James Robbins and Public Works Director Pat Nuehring. Currently, there are three applicants for the post.
