Sheffield City Council discusses street improvement plan

    SHEFFIELD — The Sheffield City Council held a lengthy discussion at its regular meeting Monday night regarding a potential street improvement plan.

    Chase Holien, a design engineer with WHKS of Mason City, presented a preliminary plan determined by his firm regarding infrastructure needs in the community.

    The plan will be evaluated further at an upcoming council meeting.
