COVID-19 cases rise in Franklin County

    The number of cases of COVID-19 in Franklin County continues to increase at a steady pace. As of Monday, June 29, 74 people have tested positive for the disease, confirming nine new cases from the week prior. Of the total cases, 38 have reportedly recovered.
