SHEFFIELD — The Sheffield City Council is asking for help when it comes to decorating Rick’s Park for the Christmas season.

The Council wants to get the Christmas lights on the big pine tree in the park, but does not have the necessary equipment to do so.

Due to financial constraints the Council is seeking donations and manpower to complete the project.

The donations would go toward purchasing the lights along with renting equipment to put the lights up.
