Sheffield City Council approves cameras in city park
The Sheffield city council discussed raises for public works, traffic control, a block party, cameras on city property, gazebo repair, the 2021 fiscal year audit, and the future goals for Sheffield in the regular meeting on Monday, May 9.
To begin, the council heard from the department heads. A suggestion was made for speed bumps along some streets in Sheffield with the intention of decreasing the speed of traffic through town. The council agreed to place the topic on the agenda for the next meeting in June.
