SHEFFIELD — The Sheffield City Council met in regular session Thursday night.

Highlighting the meeting was the swearing in of two newly elected Council members — Ryan Kruger and Julia Showalter. Also sworn in was reelected Mayor Scott Sanders by City Clerk Ashley Francis.

Resolutions

The Council approved a resolution for the hiring and setting the wage for Public Works Assistant Eric Meyer.

It also approved a resolution for the hiring and setting the wage for Police Officer Brock Hofland.
