ROCKWELL — The Rockwell City Council addressed a number of topics at its regular April 7 meeting.

Public open house

The Council approved conducting a public open house at the Community Center for retiring Police Chief Rick Whitney on Wednesday, April 21 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. prior to the regular Council meeting that night. The open house will be a non-alcohol event.
