Rockwell Council approves sealed bid for three lots

ROCKWELL — The Rockwell City Council at its Dec. 15 regular meeting opened four sealed bids for the sale of Lots Seven, Eight and Nine of Block Ten in Rockwell.

Following the opening of the bids, the voted to accept by Resolution 2021-16 to accept the high bid of $16,025.

Mayor Mike Flatness stated that the City Attorney will follow up with the title search and abstract.

Swearing in ceremony

Incoming Mayor Larry Wentz moved to table the swearing in of the new Council and Mayor due to the impending storms.
