HAMPTON — Fairgoers will experience a new and improved carnival at the 2021 Franklin County Fair in Hampton July 13-18. Sam’s Amusements is based out of Shawnee, OK, and travels to fairs, festivals, fundraisers, and special events throughout the Midwest.
