THORNTON — During its regular monthly meeting Monday night, the Thornton City Council heard additional information from Bill Hicok regarding his future plans for buildings he has recently purchased in the downtown area of the community.

Hicok plans to maintain commercial business operation for the street level of the buildings, but wishes to turn the upstairs area into apartments. He has applied for the necessary paper work and grants needed for the project.
