The musicians and vocalists put on an outstanding show at their annual Pops Concert last week. The Concert Band, directed by Tori Simkins, performed some cinematic classics, including two movements from Harry Potter and the Star Wars theme. Action commenced in the middle of the theme song, as two students took to the stage in a mock lightsaber battle.

The Women’s Chamber Choir’s song lineup focused on a trend of rejoicing the world’s beauty, according to vocal director Katy Wilson. They sang romantic numbers such as The Sound of Music and What a Wonderful World.
