ROCKWELL — The Rockwell City Council took the next step during its regular meeting last Wednesday toward financing the Swimming Pool and Storm Water projects.

Mayor Mike Flatness presented Resolution 2020-3 to set the date for the public hearing on the proposal to enter into a General Obligation Refunding Loan Agreement and to borrow money thereunder in a principal amount not to exceed $655,000, setting the date for the sale of General Obligation Corporate Purpose and Refunding Bonds, Series 2020 and authorizing the use of a preliminary official statement in connection therewith.

The Council unanimously approved setting the public hearing for Feb. 19 at 7:05 p.m.

The Council then unanimously adopted Resolution 2020-3.
